Pear and Blue Cheese Bites

 

1 pear (cut lengthwise in half, cored)

½ cup apple juice

16 Ritz Wheat Crackers

½ cup blue cheese (crumbled)

¼ cup walnut halves (toasted)

 

Cut pear into thin diagonal slices, place in small microwaveable bowl.

 Add apple juice. 

Microwave on High 1 minute and drain.

Spoon pears evenly onto crackers, top with cheese and walnuts.

Serve warm.
