Crab Tartlets

 

Preheat oven to 350° F.

 

60 unbaked pastry shells

2 eggs

2 Tbsp all purpose flour

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup milk

3 green onions

4- ¾ oz tins crabmeat

2 cups Swiss cheese (grated)

 

Prepare pastry shells.

Beat eggs until frothy; mix in flour, mayonnaise and milk.

 Add onion.

 Remove membranes from crab.

 Stir in crab and cheese.

 Pour into shells.

Bake on lowest rack for about 30 minutes or until set.
